Image appeal following burglary in Poole

Officers investigating a burglary in Poole are issuing images of two stolen bikes in a bid to reunite them with their owner.

Some time overnight between Thursday 4 April and Friday 5 April 2024, a garage at an address off Panorama Road in Sandbanks was broken into.

A black and neon yellow Trek Procaliber mountain bike was stolen, as well as a green and purple Santa Cruz mountain bike.

Police Constable Hannah Hall, of Poole police, said: “As part of my enquiries, I am issuing images of the two stolen bikes in the hope someone may have seen them for sale in unusual circumstances.

“I am also keen to hear from anyone with information about who was responsible for the burglary.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact Dorset Police at www.dorset.police.uk or by calling 101, quoting occurrence number 55240050086. Alternatively, independent charity Crimestoppers can be contacted anonymously online at Crimestoppers-uk.org or by calling Freephone 0800 555 111.
