Officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone with relevant dashcam footage to come forward following a road traffic collision in Poole.
Dorset Police received a report at 7.48pm on Sunday 27 April 2025 of a single vehicle collision involving a white Honda motorcycle on Sandbanks Road at Evening Hill.
Emergency services attended and two people were taken to hospital for treatment.
A man aged in his 20s was treated for injuries that were believed to be serious but not life-changing or life-threatening.
A woman aged in her 30s was treated for injuries that were not believed to be serious and has since been discharged from hospital.
Road closures were put in place to allow the emergency services to respond and for an examination of the scene to be carried out. The closures were lifted shortly before 11pm.
Sergeant Chris Brolan, of the Roads Policing Team, said: “We are continuing to investigate the circumstances of this collision. I would urge anyone who witnessed the incident, or the manner of riding of the vehicle involved prior to it, to please make contact with us.
“I am also keen to hear from anyone who may have captured relevant dashcam footage.
“Finally, I would like to thank members of the public for their patience and understanding while the road closures were in place.”
