Image appeal following garage burglaries in East Dorset

Officers are issuing an image of a man they would like to identify as they investigate garage burglaries in East Dorset.

It is reported that at around 4.20am on Monday 19 May 2025, two garages were broken into in the area of Priory Gardens in West Moors.

Nothing was reported stolen from either garage.

Police Constable Jared Braid, of Dorset Police, said: “We are carrying out an investigation into these break-ins and are now in a position to release an image of a man we’d like to identify as part of our enquiries.

“While I appreciate the man’s face is covered, I am hopeful someone may recognise him by his build or clothing, and I would urge anyone with information regarding his identify to get in touch.

“Also, if you were in the area at the time and saw what happened I am appealing for you to come forward with information.”
