Remember the best way to source tradesmen for work around the home is by personal recommendation or finding a local reputable company. 

Be aware -Leaflets which are posted through doors will often only have a mobile phone contact number. They may be part of a leaflet drop by a person / persons not local to the area who target a location and then move on. This makes it difficult for trading standards to investigate poor work / professional practice etc.

Unscrupulous rogue traders will not have waste certificates and will fly tip garden waste and building materials. Some will prey on the vulnerable and charge well over the regular price. Other tactics include advising unnecessary work is needed.
