Witness and dashcam appeal following collision near Wareham

Officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to come forward following a road traffic collision near Wareham.

A collision occurred at around 7.05am on Wednesday 16 July 2025 involving a black Volkswagen Passat and a white Volvo lorry on the A35 Dorchester Road at Morden.

The driver of the Volkswagen was taken to hospital for treatment to minor injuries.

Police Sergeant Chris Brolan, of the Roads Policing Team, said: “I am appealing to anyone who was driving in the area and saw the collision, or the manner of driving of either vehicle in the moments leading up to it, to please come forward.

“I am also keen to speak to any motorists with a dashcam who may have captured any relevant footage.”
