Witness appeal following sexual assaults in Gillingham |

Officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward after two teenage girls were sexually assaulted in Gillingham.
The two girls, both aged 14, were at the Tractor Fest event at the Turnpike Showground at around 10pm on Saturday 6 June 2026 when they were approached by two men in the area between the music stage and the VIP toilets.
One of the men is reported to have inappropriately touched one of the teenagers over her clothing and tried to kiss her. The second man is also reported to have inappropriately touched the other victim over her clothing.
The first man is described as white, five feet ten inches tall and of a muscular build with blond hair. He was wearing a burgundy-coloured Ralph Lauren shirt and green boots.
The second man is described as white, six feet tall and of average build with platinum blond hair. He was wearing a red and white rugby shirt with the O2 symbol on it.
Sergeant Matt Brennan, of North Dorset police, said: “We are continuing to support the victims and are carrying out a full investigation into this matter.
“I am appealing for any witnesses or anyone with information that might assist our enquiries to please come forward.
“I would also urge anyone who attended the event to please review any photos or video footage taken during the evening to see if they have captured anything of relevance.”
