Shaftesbury Neighbourhood Policing Team The Shaftesbury Neighbourhood Policing Team has had a productive week. PCSO Su attended several multi-agency meetings to coordinate support for vulnerable residents, while PC Chris conducted visits to local venues during the World Cup to ensure public safety.
PC Matt assisted colleagues in Blandford during the Royal visit and joined PC Chris to support the Sturminster Newton team with a warrant.
PCSO Su also held a community contact point at Father's House to provide advice; details of future sessions are available on the North Dorset Police Facebook page.
Officers have conducted welfare checks, recorded intelligence regarding anti-social behaviour and drug-related activity, and supported colleagues with urgent incidents.
Lots of foot patrols completed in the Town, PCSO Su and Vicky were made aware of concerning activity in a public area. PCSO's Su and Vicky found this and have made the area safe and have notified the relevant authorities.
