Officers continuing to investigate a road traffic collision in Poole are appealing for anyone with information to come forward and are issuing an image of two vehicles involved.
At around 5.40pm on Monday 21 September 2026 a collision occurred in Mannings Heath Road, at the junction with Ling Road, involving a motorcycle and a silver Ford Focus that was towing a black Ford Mondeo.
The motorcyclist, a man aged in his 40s, sustained a serious injury to his arm as a result of the collision.
It was reported that the occupants of the cars got out and assisted the motorcyclist but then left the scene without leaving details and their registration numbers were not captured.
Police Constable Sam Prince, of Poole police, said: “We are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding this collision and I am keen to speak to the occupants of the Focus and the Mondeo so we can take their accounts.
“I am issuing an image of the vehicles involved and would urge anyone with information that might assist our enquiries, including anyone who may have captured relevant dashcam footage, to please make contact with us.”
