Farm Building Burgled near Sherborne

A large secure shed has been burgled at a farm in the Poyntington area. A black 4x4 was seen to enter the farm at approximately 7.30pm on Tuesday the 6th of August. The vehicle contained two males. One was wearing a white tee shirt and the second wore a pale blue tee shirt and shorts. After forcing the door of the shed open, the thieves stole two air rifles, one of which was broken; a red generator and a STIHL diamond blade saw.

If you were driving in the area of the B3145 around Red Post or Poyntington at this time and date, and you have a dash cam, please check if a black 4X4 was recorded on your system.
