CCTV appeal following theft of bike in Bournemouth

Officers investigating the theft of a bike in Bournemouth are issuing CCTV images of the suspect.

 The Trek Hybrid road bike was taken from outside the London Market Shop on Old Christchurch Road at around 10.45pm on Sunday 31 May 2020.

 A woman was seen on CCTV to approach the bike and ride off on it.

 Police Constable Stephanie Lowther, of Dorset Police, said: “We are continuing to make enquiries into this theft. We have obtained CCTV images of the suspect but have so far been unable to identify her.

“I am now issuing the images in the hope that someone will recognise her. I appreciate they are not of the best quality but I would urge anyone with information as to the woman’s identity to please contact us.”
