Officers investigating criminal damage at a bookmakers in Bournemouth are issuing CCTV images of someone they would like to speak to.

At around 2pm on Sunday 19 July 2020 a man was using the gambling machines in Betfred on Poole Road and became upset after losing money. It is reported that he became aggressive and punched the machines, causing the glass to smash.

Police Constable Russell Thomas, of Bournemouth police, said: “This incident left staff in the store feeling very distressed and an investigation is underway to identify the man.

“Following enquiries, I have obtained CCTV images of a man I would like to speak to. I would ask anyone who recognises him to please get in touch.”
