Further charge in connection with Bournemouth murder investigation

Detectives investigating the death of James Cutting in Bournemouth have charged a man with assisting an offender.

 31-year-old Mr Cutting sadly died after being found with stab wounds in Boscombe Chine Gardens on the evening of Tuesday 30 June 2020.

 Previously, a 16-year-old boy from London – who cannot be named for legal reasons – was charged with murder and a 19-year-old man from Leyton, Waltham Forest, was charged with assisting an offender and being concerned in the supply of class A drugs.

 They are next due to appear at Salisbury Crown Court on Friday 23 October 2020.

 Following further enquiries, on Thursday 22 October 2020 a 49-year-old Bournemouth man was arrested and has now been charged with assisting an offender. He is due to appear at Poole Magistrates' Court on Friday 23 October 2020.
