Officers investigating a burglary in Poole are issuing an image of an electric bike that was stolen.

A garage was broken into at a home in Bingham Avenue between 12pm and 5pm on Thursday 19 November 2020. Two bicycles were taken from the garage – a black and red Haibike electric bike valued at between £4,000 and £5,000 and a green Cannondale racing bike.

Police Community Support Investigator Roslyn Curtis, of Dorset Police, said: “We are continuing to investigate this burglary and I am appealing to anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity in the area on Thursday 19 November 2020 to please contact us.

“I am also issuing an image showing part of the electric bike that was stolen and would urge anyone who comes across a bike like this being offered for sale locally or online in unusual circumstances to get in touch.”
