Update following reported criminal damage in Ferndown

A man has been identified following a CCTV appeal in relation to alleged criminal damage to a bus in Ferndown.

It is reported that at 7.20pm on Monday 6 September 2021 a brick was thrown through the glass of the passenger door of a Dorset Council-owned bus that was parked outside the Barrington Centre in Pennys Walk. 

Following a CCTV appeal, a man has been identified and is assisting officers with their enquiries. No arrests have been made.
