CCTV appeal following theft of catalytic converter in Bournemouth

Officers investigating the theft of a catalytic converter from a car in Bournemouth are issuing a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to.

 Between 9.20pm and 9.40pm on Saturday 17 October 2020 two men reportedly entered a driveway of an address in Ringwood Road and ripped out a security light, before stealing a catalytic converter from a parked vehicle.

 Police Community Support Investigator Kate Hann, of Dorset Police, said: “We are making enquiries into this theft and have obtained a CCTV image of a man we would like to speak to as part of our investigation.

“I appreciate it is not the best quality image but I am hoping someone may be able to recognise him from the clothing he is wearing.”
