RSVP

I should like to formally invite you to the Dorset ‘Watch’ week Conference and Workshop that is being held on –
Friday 10 September 2021 from 1300- 1700 hrs
in The Ballroom at The Marsham Court Hotel , 3 Russell Cotes Rd, East Cliff, Bournemouth BH1 3AB

The Conference will be opened by Deputy Chief Constable Scott Chilton and there will be keynote addresses by Mr David Sidwick Police and Crime Commissioner for Dorset and Mrs Pat Halliday Chair of The Association of Dorset Watches (ADW).

The afternoon will celebrate the success of different Watch schemes and we ask that you be a part of a workshop, facilitated by a police manager, to inform how Watch schemes are developed going forward.

The event will be closed by Chief Superintendent Naughton on behalf of DCC Chilton.

Light refreshment will be provided throughout the day. A limited amount of car parking is available on site. We will have made the local media aware of this event.

We are limited as to numbers who may attend and thus would appreciate a response by 5 August 2021 as to whether you are able to attend please.

We are hoping to have a slot during the day where some of your questions about Watch schemes can be answered.  If you have a question that you would like to raise about a matter relating to ‘Watch’ please send that in with your response as to whether you are attending.  We want to prepare and respond as fully on the day to any question. All questions and responses will posted online for the wider community to see.

We hope you can come along and look forward to meeting you on the day

Kind regards

Adrian
