Update after CCTV appeal following reported assault at pub in Blandford

A person has been identified following a CCTV appeal in relation to an alleged assault at a pub in Blandford.

Dorset Police received a report at around 2.20am on Saturday 9 April 2022 that two people attempted to gain entry to the Kings Arms Alehouse in Whitecliff Mill Street.

When they were refused entry one of them punched a staff member in the face, causing two teeth to fall out.

Following a CCTV appeal, a 17-year-old boy has been identified. No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
