CCTV appeal following theft of electric bike in Bournemouth

Officers investigating the theft of an electric bike in Bournemouth are issuing a CCTV image of the suspect.

At around 2.50pm on Wednesday 18 May 2022 the victim left his electric bike unattended outside of WiDEYE in The Arcade.

It is reported that a man walked toward the bike and proceeded to push it past the shop, before getting on it and cycling away.

The electric bike is black and is worth around £3,000.

Police Community Support Investigator Kayleigh Hole, of Bournemouth police, said: “As part of my investigation I have obtained a CCTV image of the suspect.
